Queenstown bills itself as the adventure capital of the world and its a picturesque, but busy, little town located in the south part of New Zealand’s South Island on Lake Wakatipu.  We spent 3 days in Queenstown during our recent visit and enjoyed the amazing scenery, excellent skiing (e.g. The Remarkables Ski Resort), and food (e.g. FERGBURGER) that the town has to offer.  For me it was one of my favorite locations in New Zealand and an excellent jumping off point for anyone looking to tackle the Southern Alps or visit Milford Sound.  The images below were taken June 16 – 18th 2018.
